It's official: 48 more episodes for Lost

Finally, we have an end date in sight! ABC announced today that Lost will run for 48 more episodes over three seasons. The good news is, they will each have 16 episodes that will run continuously, much like Fox has done with 24 for the last few years.

With an actual timeframe now, maybe the writers can get this train back on the tracks. This season was all but dead until the last four episodes or so.

Amazing Race finale!

Sorry it's been so long since an update - just too much darn TV to keep up with during sweeps!!

I did have to pause to remind everyone that tonight is the season finale of tivogirl's FAVORITE show - the Amazing Race! The All-Star edition sure hasn't turned out like I thought it would. And while I don't really like any of the remaining teams, I'm psyched by the prospect of an all-female team finally winning the Race!

Secretly, I'm rooting for Charla and Mirna - it's an underdog thing. Sure, they're annoying as hell, but it's a lesser of evils when you throw in the other two teams. (Dangit, Uchenna and Joyce - why'd you have to go for that tight connection!?!)
