Good news and GREAT news!

It's not surprising, seeing as how evil they were portrayed, but I'm still tickled pink that the horrible Weaver family lost in the finale of the Amazing Race last night. Whew! I picked the Linz's as an early favorite, and even after some stumbles in the first few weeks they came back strong to win it. I've yet to check out the online-only consolation race to see if they or the second-place finishers won the SUV (hope it's not the Weavers).

In even BETTER news - it looks like a cable channel may take my advice and step in to pick up Arrested Development! It's not HBO, as I suspected, but Showtime. Hey - I don't care who does it, as long as it gets to be on the air with some support and a little more freedom. You rock, Showtime!
